Do I need to make a reservation in advance, or can I just walk in?
While we highly recommend booking in advance via Instagram DM or WhatsApp to secure your preferred designer and time slot, walk-ins are always warmly welcomed! If you are exploring Myeongdong and want a spontaneous hair transformation or relaxing head spa, feel free to step into our salon. We will accommodate you as promptly as possible.
I don’t speak Korean. Will communication be an issue?
Not at all! Our team is experienced in welcoming international guests and offers consultations in English. We also use detailed visual style lookbooks, translation tools, and diagnostic charts so you can discuss your desired cut, color, or treatment thoroughly without any language barrier.

I’m not sure which service suits me best. Do I have to decide before booking?
No, you do not need to finalize your service in advance. You can simply book a basic consultation slot. When you arrive, our expert stylists will perform an in-depth diagnosis of your hair texture, scalp condition, and personal facial aesthetics to recommend the most flattering K-style haircut, dimensional coloring, or targeted scalp clinic.
Can I visit together with my friends or family at the same time?
Yes! Our spacious and modern Myeongdong salon is fully equipped to accommodate couples, friends, and family traveling together. To ensure everyone can be seated and treated at the same time, please message us in advance via Instagram DM or WhatsApp so we can coordinate your group seamlessly.
Travel schedules change easily. What is your cancellation or reschedule policy?
We completely understand that travel plans can be unpredictable. We do not charge advance booking deposits or cancellation penalties. If your itinerary changes, simply let us know via message as early as possible, and we will happily adjust your reservation to your new schedule.
I have a sensitive scalp. Are your products gentle and safe?
Yes. We prioritize hair health and sustainability by using naturally derived, gentle products formulated to minimize scalp irritation and chemical odors. Even those with sensitive scalps or travel-stressed skin can receive cuts, coloring, and spa treatments with complete comfort.
How much does a head spa or keratin treatment cost here?
An AVEDA head spa is ₩96,000 for one hour, and ₩144,000 with a treatment added. An AVEDA hair treatment is ₩96,000. A cut starts at ₩30,000, and the event set pairing a cut with an AVEDA head spa is ₩135,000. All prices are in Korean won and include VAT.
How do I get to RARIEN from Myeongdong Station?
We are at 7F, 60 Myeongdong-gil, Jung-gu, Seoul, South Korea — the T-avenue building beside Myeongdong Cathedral, about a five-minute walk from Myeongdong Station on Line 4 and six minutes from Euljiro 1-ga on Line 2. Take the lift to the 7th floor. We are open Monday to Saturday, 10:30 to 20:00, and closed on Sundays.
